- Payment proof screenshot (UPI / transaction screenshot)
Only information required to process bookings and communicate with users is collected.

Your information is used strictly for:
- Processing booking requests
- Verifying payment proof
- Approving or rejecting bookings
- Communicating booking status (pending, approved, rejected)
- Contacting users for booking-related updates
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Payment Proof (Screenshot)
- Payment screenshots are used only to verify transactions
- Screenshots are reviewed only by authorized admin personnel
- They are not shared publicly or used for any other purpose
- Users are responsible for uploading clear screenshots showing transaction details
4. Cancellation, Refund & Slot Change Policy
Admin Rejection
If a booking request is rejected by the admin, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
User Cancellation (Before Confirmation)
If the user cancels the booking before admin confirmation, a full refund will be provided.
Natural Causes / Unavoidable Situations
In case of natural causes such as rain, floods, power failure, or other unavoidable situations, users will not receive a refund. Instead, the booking slot may be changed to another available date or time, based on mutual agreement with the admin.
No-Show / Not Attending the Booking
If a user books the ground (including advance payment) and does not attend the booked slot, no refund will be provided, as the slot was reserved and results in a loss on our side.
Advance Payment Policy
If the ground is booked with an advance payment and the user fails to attend, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
Your data may be shared only with essential service providers required to operate the booking system (such as email or messaging services), and strictly for operational purposes.
6. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for operational and legal purposes.
Users may request deletion of their booking data by contacting us. Data will be deleted unless retention is required by law or business operations.
7. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your booking data
