These terms govern cricket ground bookings made through 24kCricketClub. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Booking Requests

All bookings submitted through this website are treated as booking requests. Confirmation depends on slot availability and verification of payment proof.

2. Payment

Payments are accepted via UPI only. Users must upload a clear payment screenshot showing the amount and transaction reference. Incomplete or unclear proofs may result in rejection.

3. Confirmation & Cancellations

Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp after verification. Once confirmed, cancellations or rescheduling are subject to management approval.

4. Ground Usage Rules

Players must follow ground rules, safety guidelines, and respect the allocated slot time. Any damage to property may lead to penalties.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the reason for cancellation and timing of the request.
